1,Connect power (220/110VF 50/60Hz), check the forming machine and galvanothermy pipe, make sure they are working.
2,Rotate the upper-cover (to the left or right )by 90°.Place the diaphragm between the upper and lower frames. Turn down the ball-head pull rod to fix the diaphragm. Replace the upper-cover.Turn down the wrench to lift the frames to proper height. (There’s position-limited marble on the top of the spindle),meanwhile put the packed product in the middle of the net board. Turn on the heating-up switch to heat the diaphragm.
After about 2 or 3 minutes, when the diaphragm is 1 cm lower than the lower frame. Turn off the heating-up switch, set down the frames, and start the vacuum machine to molding the package.
