The Dialysis RO Water Treatment Machine is engineered to supply stable, purified water for hemodialysis treatment and other critical clinical applications. With a water production capacity of 1250 L/H, this system integrates advanced pretreatment components with a high-efficiency reverse osmosis (RO) module. The pretreatment stage includes sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, and water softening, ensuring the water entering the RO system meets optimal quality conditions.
Sand Filter: Removes turbidity, suspended solids, colloids, and particulate impurities.
Activated Carbon Filter:Eliminates chlorine, organic chemicals, odors, color, and harmful by-products; protects RO membranes and prolongs service life.
Water Softener: Reduces hardness and prevents scale formation, ensuring stable performance during dialysis water processing.
The RO system adopts USA DOW high-desalination membranes, achieving a removal rate of over 99.8% for inorganic ions and harmful contaminants such as:
lead, copper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrate, nitrite, and selenium.
This guarantees consistent production of high-purity water that meets dialysis treatment standards.
Booster Pump: Provides stable pressure for the entire pretreatment and RO sections.
High-Pressure Pump: Delivers power to the RO membranes with built-in overheating and pressure protection.
Both pumps adopt stainless steel (SUS) construction and may be configured with well-known Chinese or international brands.
