Features:
1. Chassis: external diffuser with width of 211mm, height of 90mm and depth of 257mm. The all aluminum case of the heat exchanger can ensure the stable operation of the equipment for a long time.
2. Drum: made of aluminum alloy, outer diameter 170mm, height 200mm, recording paper format 534 × 200mm, can be fastened to any height of the vertical shaft, and the vertical shaft is 500mm long, Movable suit, which can be pulled out from the worm gear body. The vertical shaft and worm gear body are connected by flat key to make the drum run stably and reliably. The radial jump of drum operation shall not be greater than 0.5 mm.
3. Transmission mechanism; It is composed of 57 worm reducer stepper motor and worm gear rod, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the original mechanical transmission. The speed change system is automatically controlled by program programming, and ten different speeds of the drum can be obtained by rotating and selecting.
