The MCM0032 Electric Lifting Mortuary Trolley is designed for moving and positioning mortuary trays within morgue and refrigeration areas. Its powered double-scissor platform adjusts from 45 cm to 200 cm, supporting alignment with different storage levels during loading and unloading. The wheeled base allows the trolley to be repositioned within the mortuary area.

1. Powered Lifting for Loading and Unloading
The electric lifting system raises and lowers the platform with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. Compared with manual height adjustment, powered lifting makes platform movement easier during routine loading and unloading and reduces the amount of manual effort required.
2. Double-Scissor Structure with 45–200 cm Lifting Range
The double-scissor structure provides a 45–200 cm lifting range, covering both lower and upper storage levels. The extended lifting range allows the trolley to serve different refrigeration heights, including upper compartments in three-tier mortuary systems.
3. Handle-Controlled Height Adjustment
A handle-mounted switch controls platform raising and lowering. With the control positioned on the handle, height adjustments can be made while the operator remains at the trolley, making operation more convenient during tray handling.
4. Caster Locking for Stable Positioning
The locking casters help keep the trolley stationary during tray loading and unloading. Once locked, the trolley is less likely to roll away from position, providing a more stable base while the tray is moved on or off the platform.
5. Roller Platform and Mobile Base
The roller platform allows the mortuary tray to move more easily across the trolley surface during loading and unloading. The wheeled base then supports movement of the trolley between different areas within the mortuary, combining tray transfer and trolley mobility in one system.
