Product Overview

 

The MCM0122 Human Body Incinerator is a complete cremation system designed for funeral homes, cremation centers, and mobile cremation facilities. It combines a four-stage combustion process, automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, and electric bed operation in one integrated unit.

 

The system is built for repeated high-temperature operation. For projects with limited space or temporary needs, the complete unit can be installed inside a 40 HQ container.

Core Features

 

1. Four-Stage Combustion Technology

 

The MCM0122 uses a four-stage combustion process to support both human cremation and further combustion of the smoke and gases generated during operation:

 

l First-stage combustion: Direct combustion takes place in the primary chamber. A hot-blast oxygen supply works with the main burner to support combustion of the body and initially generated smoke and gases.

 

l Second-stage combustion: Smoke and gases enter the secondary combustion chamber, where the chamber structure promotes further collision, decomposition, and oxidation.

 

l Third-stage combustion: When the temperature is below 700°C, the burner operates to strengthen combustion. Above 700°C, the high-temperature gases continue burning with an appropriate oxygen supply.

 

l Fourth-stage combustion: Remaining gases pass through the gas pathway and underground smoke channel for further flameless combustion before discharge.

 

2. Separate Primary and Secondary Combustion Chambers

 

The system uses separate primary and secondary combustion chambers for different stages of the cremation process.

 

l The primary chamber performs the main cremation process.

l The secondary chamber provides a dedicated space for further combustion of smoke and gases produced in the first chamber.

 

The main chamber is equipped with a 400,000 kcal combustor, while the secondary chamber uses a 100,000 kcal combustor.

3. High-Temperature Furnace Operation

 

l Main combustion chamber: 700–900°C

l Secondary combustion chamber: 900–1100°C

l Main chamber maximum temperature resistance: 1200°C

l Secondary chamber maximum temperature resistance: 1400°C

 

These operating ranges correspond to the different combustion stages in the primary and secondary chambers.

 

4. Automatic Temperature Control and Ignition

 

The MCM0122 features automatic temperature control and automatic ignition for easier startup and temperature management during operation.

 

5. Electric Cremation Bed Control

 

The cremation bed uses an electric control system, allowing controlled bed movement during loading and cremation.

 

6. 40 HQ Container Installation Option

 

The MCM0122 can be installed inside a 40 HQ container. This integrates the cremation equipment into a compact layout and offers a flexible alternative to a conventional fixed cremation room.

7. Heat-Resistant Furnace Construction

8. 35–50 Minute Cremation Cycle

 

The MCM0122 has a continuous cremation time of 35–50 minutes per set, followed by an average cooling time of 15–20 minutes per set.

 

This cycle provides a practical basis for planning cremation schedules and equipment turnaround during routine operation.
