Pull the tie rod to the open position,than the brake of wheelchair will not work,the wheelchair can be pushed by people(no matter the wheelchair is power on or power off, people can do it), when people pull the tie rod to the close position,nobody can push the wheelchair.
!Warning: Only when the tie rod on close position.it means the wheelchair is braking, people can drive the wheelchair.To ensure the security of people and wheelchair.it is prohibited to use this function when the wheelchair uphill or downhill.
